I have been Programming top-class radio stations such as Capital, Virgin, Radio X in the UK and Nova and Smooth in Australia for over 25 years.
My knowledge and expertise cover every aspect of commercial radio from strategic planning, to talent coaching, music positioning, station launches/relaunches, marketing and delivering on ratings targets.
About
In 2010, I moved to Australia as Group Program Director for the Nova Entertainment Network, repositioning and redefining every aspect of Nova's output, turning the Nova Network into a globally respected music and entertainment brand that now rates number 1 across Australia.
In 2012 I launched Smooth fm in Sydney and Melbourne, which took both markets by storm growing from less than 200,000 cume to being consistently over 2 million cume in less than two years.

In 2007 I was Group Programme Director for Capital Radio and Radio X in the UK leading Capital FM back to being London's number 1 rated station and oversaw strong growth for Xfm. Prior to that, I was both Programme Director and CEO for Virgin Radio for 7 years during a period of sustained success for the national network.

I began to master my craft through the 90s working in music scheduling, production, producing, and on air before becoming a Program Director at local and then regional levels in the UK.
